• No refunds within 72 hours of pickup time.

• If you are transporting bikes: The E-Bikes are very large and heavy. They will not fit in the back seat of a car or a SUV. They cannot be loaded into the back of a pickup truck. The only acceptable way to transport bikes is using a fat tire bike carrier that fits into a receiver hitch (a standard bike carrier will not work), or a pickup tailgate pad (we rent both). We will not release E-Bikes to you if you do not provide an acceptable means of transport to avoid damage to the bikes.

• Rental day is from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Each rental includes a helmet and bicycle lock. Multiple day rentals include charger for each bike and free battery swaps if needed.

• All adults will be required to sign a release of liability waiver. All minors must have a parent or guardian sign waiver on their behalf.
